Delivery Information

  • NO PO Box for Large items, such as dog bed, crates.
  • No delivery on weekend.
  • Urban City address target delivery time: 1-3 working days.
  • Rural address target delivery time: up to 5 working days.

How do I trace my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse we will send you an email that includes a tracking number.

Please use the tracking number to trace your parcel from the following Courier website:

Fastway Couriers website:  www.fastway.co.nz

Courier Post website:  www.courierpost.co.nz

If you choose Rural address with no tracking, parcel will be ship by NZ Parcel Post, we will not be able to trace it for you. And will takes longer time to delivery. Therefore, we highly recommended customers to choose tracking option for all delivery.

Returns

At Yippee online, we pride ourselves on providing you with a highly satisfying online shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund of the product cost only.

When returning a product to us, please ensure you have a copy of your
receipt, as this is your proof of purchase.

The returned, undamaged item must be in its original packaging and 100% intact before a replacement or refund is given.

Damaged Goods

If the goods you receive are damaged by courier, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery. All damaged goods will be picked up by our courier company at no charge to you and a replacement order will be sent at no further cost to you.

If an item is Faulty and requires replacement, please contact us by email, and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds exclude the freight charges that were paid at the time of purchased and goods are returned at the customer’s expense.
If you have purchased something and wish to return for exchange due to
wrong sizing or colour etc, then it is up to you to organize and pay the freighting and freight costs associated with sending it back to us.
There are no refunds or exchange on dog treats, and Hygiene pants.
