How to check the order status
After you have placed your order on Yippee online, we will send you an email confirmation. Pleases check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.
If anything happened to your order we will let you know.
How to cancel or change the order after submitted it
We can cancel or change your order up to the time that the order has been sent and you have received the order shipped email.
